what happens to your files
Nothing leaves your device. Every tool here is plain JavaScript and WebAssembly running in your browser tab. There is no upload endpoint, no account, no analytics and no error reporting. The server only hands out the page and its code.
You can check this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab and use any tool. You'll see the page and its scripts load, and nothing go out when you add a file.
The site sends a strict Content Security Policy, so even a bug couldn't send data to another server: connect-src 'self' and no third-party scripts.

Your theme, favourites, recently used tools and the auto-download setting live in this browser's local storage. Clear them here:

Pages you open are saved for offline use automatically. To save every tool and its libraries now (about 34 MB). The audio/video engine (31 MB) is saved separately the first time you use an audio or video tool.
